Payment Policy

All payments must be made in full at the time of purchase or booking. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and secure online payments via Wix’s checkout system. For coaching services, sessions must be paid in full before the scheduled appointment. 

Shipping Policy

Physical products, such as books and workbooks, are typically processed within 3-5 business days. Shipping timelines may vary based on location, but most U.S. orders arrive within 7-10 business days. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped.

Payment Methods

Return & Exchange Policy

All book and workbook sales are final unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival. For damaged items, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with a photo of the issue to request a replacement. Coaching sessions and digital products are non-refundable once purchased.

Cancellation Policy

Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to reschedule coaching sessions. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in forfeiture of the session without refund. For subscription-based coaching plans, sessions must be used within the active billing cycle unless otherwise agreed.

Privacy Policy
